Web site transfer

If you already have a web site, we could help you clone it over to LiveParcels. So that you will have a fully integrated web site instead of a separate web site for parcel tracking. Service fee applies, depending on how many pages you need to transfer over. You can do it yourself too.


We provide 1hr free consultation over skype to discuss your courier business needs and whether our system will fit your business requirements as is. New customers only. AUD$30/hr thereafter.

On-site Training

We provide 1-to-1 training on-site to teach you how to use the system. AUD$200 per 4 hrs visit. Additional hours can be purchased as required.

Available for Victoria, Australia only. Training can be provided elsewhere but will incur additional travel cost.

Remote Training

We provide 1-to-1 training over skype/phone/remote-desktop to teach you how to use the system. AUD$60 per 2 hr session. Training/help for 3rd party Drupal module included but limited to best effort support only. Additional hours can be purchased as required.

LiveParcels customizations

If our LiveParcels system does not fit your needs, we can customize it in any way you requires. Do take note that customization typically requires significant amount of time to develop and test. Service fee applies. Please enquire and tell us what you need.


If you don't like the default themes we provide or those in Drupal theme repository, we can create a new theme for you. Provide your design or reference site and we will get back to you. Service fee applies. You can also hire a 3rd party developer to create your Drupal theme too.
You can order add-on services when you order LiveParcels service. Or if you already already use LiveParcels, you can either order the trial service with the add-on service you requires using your current domain name or submit a ticket request.
