1) Request ftp account

In order to install Drupal module yourself, you will need to have an ftp account first. Please submit a ticket request to obtain an ftp account if you don't have one.

2) Upload the module/theme

Once you have login using ftp, the root of your directory would be the /drupal/sites/default directory, see here for more information. Create modules/themes directory if there isn't any and upload the module/theme you want to install under the module/theme folder. For more information on Drupal module installation, see here. When upload is completed, you will see the module when you open/refresh the modules administration page, you can enter the page by clicking the modules link at the top administration bar of your site. Enable the module you require and save configuration. Now, you can start using the module you have installed.

Note: You will need to download and upload the Drupal 7 version of the module because LIveParcels is based on Drupal 7.

3) Uninstall modules/theme

If you don't like the module you have installed, it is best to uninstall it. Disable the module on the modules administration page and save configuration. Then, click the uninstall tab, select the module you want to uninstall and confirm the uninstall. Finally, login to ftp and delete the files for the module you have just removed.
