If you know the title of your parcel or the customer reference code, you can quickly find it by typing it in the "Track parcel" field box on the left side of the web site and then click the Submit button.

The title of your parcel is a unique name, after you have entered it into the "Track parcel" field box and then click the Submit button, you will be redirected to the tracking page of this parcel.

If you have entered the customer reference code when you place an order, you can also find the parcel using the customer reference code. If the system found a duplicate customer reference code, you will be presented with a list of parcels containing the customer reference code you have entered, so you can click the one you are looking for to see its tracking history.
